Arrival

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
When booking, we ask you to pay 30% of the total amount and then pay the balance, 1 ½ months at the latest, before entering the rental. The tourist tax is added to this amount as well as 80 euros for the disinfection of the accommodation.
The tourist tax can be paid at the time of the balance or on your arrival. The same applies to the deposit in the amount of 150 euros which will be returned to you at the latest in the week following your departure. If at the time of the inventory, there is no problem, it can be returned to you the same day.
In the event of cancellation, at least 1 months before the rental date, 30% will remain with the owner. The remainder will be refunded to you.
On the other hand, if the cancellation is made during the 15 days preceding the entry into the rental, the full amount will be retained by the owner unless you find someone to replace you during the reserved period.
If the cancellation is due to an owner default, all of your payments will be returned to you.
At the time of booking, a complete description of the house and its operation will be sent to you as well as a contractual document to be returned to us signed by email or letter.
